STILL respects your privacy and is designed to minimize the collection of personal information.

1. Information We Collect

STILL does not require you to create an account.

The app uses Apple’s Screen Time technologies, including Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity, to allow you to voluntarily select apps or categories that you wish to restrict during a Promise.

Your selected applications and Screen Time information are handled using Apple-provided frameworks and are not collected, stored, or transmitted by STILL to external servers.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

STILL offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.

All payments are processed by Apple. STILL does not receive or store your payment card details.

The app may access subscription and transaction status provided by Apple solely to determine whether your membership is active and to provide the features associated with your subscription.

3. Screen Time Data

STILL uses Apple’s Screen Time APIs only to provide the functionality requested by the user.

Screen Time permissions are voluntary and can be managed through your device settings.

STILL does not use Screen Time information for advertising, tracking, profiling, or marketing purposes.

4. Notifications

STILL may request permission to send notifications related to your Promises, timers, reminders, or other app functionality.

Notification permissions can be changed at any time through iOS Settings.

5. Advertising and Tracking

STILL does not sell your personal information.

STILL does not use your Screen Time information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

6. Data Storage

Information required for the operation of your Promises and preferences may be stored locally on your device using Apple technologies.

Removing the app may remove locally stored information associated with STILL.

7. Third-Party Services

Certain functionality is provided through Apple services, including:

Apple App Store and StoreKit for subscriptions and purchases; Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity for Screen Time functionality; and Apple notification services for notifications.

Your use of these services may also be subject to Apple’s privacy policies and terms.

8. Children’s Privacy

STILL is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when STILL’s functionality, legal requirements, or privacy practices change.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
